反映投诉问题以及提出建议类书信 09 年将再次回归。这类书信的难点在于对投诉等相关内容的具体描述能否详细、合理、准确。在此举一例予以说明。

此题中对于问题的描述是关键，首先要考虑到所选物品的可描述性，也就是说考生是否具备描述该物品及其问题的能力，包括相关知识、词汇句型等；其次要考虑到理由的合理性，从该题背景信息得知，是购物回家以后才发现问题的，所以像买了一件衣服结果发现正面有一个大洞的情况明显是不大可能的；最后，如果仅仅是描述物品的问题，很有可能没法满足考题对书信字数的要求，这时可以运用一个小技巧，插入一个投诉信的万能内容——曾经反映过相关问题但是未得到妥善解决，这样一来，书信也就更有内容了。
受全球经济局势变化的影响，求职申请类书信极有可能成为 09 年的“黑马”。这类书信在过去几年的考试中，表现平平，每年都有考到，但是出现频率较低，预计这种既实用又应景的书信在 09 年必然会受到青睐。
